Welcome to BC Technology Solutions.  We provide data conversion services for enterprise-wide system implementations for any sized company.  We are currently contracted to provide data conversion services for a large U.S. healthcare organization, centralizing its enterprise by combining 16 inpatient facilities, and over 100 outpatient clinics and facilities; this system implementation's conversion requirement, is considered to be one of the largest healthcare data conversions in the United States.  We have been providing conversion services for this client since June 2005, and have received numerous comments on their satisfaction with our technical work. 

Our capabilities include performance of data conversions in the corporate categories of General Leger, ERP/HR/Payroll, Materials Management, Master Patient Index, Patient Visit History, Lab Results, Allergens, Patient Accounting/Billing, Bad Debit, Radiology Results, Clinician Charting, Transcriptions, Medication History, Immunization History, Patient Problem Lists, and Patient Vitals.  The conversion tasks include extraction of the source data from legacy systems, custom coding of parsing utilities that apply customer-defined requirements for each dataset, working with customers on mapping requirements, automation of reporting on errors and mapping issues, risk analysis, and overall reporting on status' of the conversions.

We have converted data from/to the following systems:  Epic's Suite of Healthcare Applications, including EpicCare, Chronicles, Identity, Resolute, and others; McKesson's Suite of Healtcare Applications, including HBOC Star, Pathways Financial Manager, Pathways Materials Manager, Trendstar, Pathways Contract Manager and others; Cerner's Clinician Charting, Radnet, Pathnet, and Cerner Lab applications; Pace Health Management System, Meditech's Suite of Healthcare Applications, Keane Health Management System, Misys Vision and Misys EMR, and Ultipro HR.  At the beginning of our involvement in this healthcare organization's data conversion activities, we had experience in less than half of these applications/databases; this lead us to, and confirmed our current belief that, . . we can get data out of just about any system, parse and cleanse it, and intoduce it into just about any other system . . . efficiently, accurately, and timely . . . it is just a matter of syntax.
